Why Choose the Regional Hospice Center

Regional Hospice provides the highest quality and most convenient hospice care services at any day and any time, regardless of whether your loved one is using in-home or in-patient treatment.

Different people including physicians, social workers, chaplains, registered nurses, hospice care aides and trained hospice volunteers help patients follow individualized health care plans designed for pain management and symptom control. They also work to maintain special services such as speech, physical and occupational therapy.

Compassion, Peace and Dignity
We provide support and comfort while you, the patient and your family are going through this turbulent time. We make sure to maintain compassion, peace and dignity in your lives, and work with their situation to improve their quality of life and strive for new goals in the last stage of their lives.

Comfort Versus Curative

Hospice care should be thought about if the patient is a child suffering from a grave illness or if there is a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less, which is when a disease runs its normal course. We want to give your loved one the best possible way to spend their remaining days.

A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. Whether your loved one is referred by a New Milford hospital, clergy or through friends and family, an online hospice referral can be completed through our website, and will be admitted under a physician’s direction.

Hospice is Affordable

Medicare, Medicaid and many private health insurances cover hospice care, which allows you to provide them with safe and exceptional care.
